This is an amendment of the Presidential declaration of a major disaster for the State of California (FEMA-4699-DR), dated 04/03/2023.

Incident: Severe Winter Storms, Straight-line Winds, Flooding, Landslides, and Mudslides.

Incident Period: 02/21/2023 and continuing.

DATES:

Issued on 06/30/2023.

Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 07/20/2023.

Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 01/03/2024.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:

The notice of the President's major disaster declaration for the State of California, dated 04/03/2023, is hereby amended to include the following areas as adversely affected by the disaster:

Primary Counties (Physical Damage and Economic Injury Loans): Nevada.

Contiguous Counties (Economic Injury Loans Only):

California: Placer, Sierra.

Nevada: Washoe.

All other information in the original declaration remains unchanged.
