This is a Notice of the Presidential declaration of a major disaster for the State of Illinois (FEMA-4728-DR), dated 08/15/2023.

Incident: Severe Storms and Flooding.

Incident Period: 06/29/2023 through 07/02/2023.

DATES:

Issued on 08/15/2023.

Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 10/16/2023.

Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 05/15/2024.
