Incident: Severe Storms, Straight-line Winds, Tornadoes, and Flooding.

Incident Period: 07/14/2023 through 07/21/2023.

Issued on 12/19/2023.

Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 12/26/2023.

Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 07/26/2024.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:

The notice of the President's major disaster declaration for Private Non-Profit organizations in the State of Kansas, dated 10/26/2023, is hereby amended to include the following area listed below as adversely affected by the disaster. Applications for disaster loans may be submitted online using the MySBA Loan Portal https://lending.sba.gov or other locally announced locations. Please contact the SBA disaster assistance customer service center by email at disastercustomerservice@sba.gov or by phone at 1-800-659-2955 for further assistance.

Primary Counties: Phillips.

All other information in the original declaration remains unchanged.
