SUMMARY:
In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is proposing an extension to a currently approved information collection: OMB Control Number 3206-0162, Report of Medical Examination of Person Electing Survivor Benefits, OPM 1530.

Comments are encouraged and will be accepted until March 7, 2024.
