SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:
Notice is hereby given that FHWA and other Federal agencies have taken final agency actions by issuing approvals for the following highway project in Delaware: Wilmington Riverfront Transportation Infrastructure Project (Project).
The actions by the Federal agencies, and the laws under which such actions were taken, are described in the Revised EA and FONSI and the associated agency records. That information is available by contacting FHWA at the address provided above and can also be viewed and downloaded from the project website at:
