SUMMARY:
The Environmental Protection Agency has submitted an information collection request (ICR), “Data Reporting Requirements for State and Local Vehicle Emission Inspection and Maintenance (I/M) Programs” (EPA ICR No.1613.08, OMB Control No. 2060-0252) to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act. This is a proposed ( printed page 79587) extension of the ICR, which is currently approved through October 31, 2024. Public comments were previously requested via the Federal Register (89 FR 13910) on March 18, 2024, which included a 60-day comment period ending on May 17, 2024. This notice allows for an additional 30 days for public comments.
