On September 30, 2024, Advanced Energy Economy, the American Clean Power Association, and the Solar Energy Industries Association (collectively, the Clean Energy Associations) filed a motion for a 14-day extension of time—from October 11, 2024 to October 25, 2024—for interested entities to submit responses in the above-referenced proceedings.[1] No answers were filed.

Upon consideration, notice is hereby given that an extension of time for interested entities to file responses in the above-referenced proceedings is granted to and including October 25, 2024.
