Incident: Tropical Storm Helene.

DATES:

Issued on November 12, 2024.

Incident Period: September 26, 2024 through September 30, 2024.

Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: January 7, 2025.

Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: July 2, 2025.

The notice of the President's major disaster declaration for the State of TENNESSEE, dated October 2, 2024, is hereby amended to extend the deadline for filing applications for physical damages as a result of this disaster to January 7, 2025.

All other information in the original declaration remains unchanged.
