ACTION:
Notice.
Notice of an application under Section 6(c) of the Investment Company Act of 1940 (“Act”) for an exemption from Section 15(c) of the Act.
Summary of Application:
The requested exemption would permit a Trust's board of trustees to approve new sub-advisory agreements and material amendments to existing sub-advisory agreements without complying with the in-person meeting requirement of Section 15(c) of the Act.
Applicants:
Venerable Variable Insurance Trust and Venerable Investment Advisers, LLC.
Filing Dates:
The application was filed on March 26, 2025, and amended on May 16, 2025.
Hearing or Notification of Hearing:
An order granting the requested relief will be issued unless the Commission orders a hearing.
