SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:

The business meeting will include actions or presentations on the following items: (1) adoption the preliminary Fiscal Year 2027 budget; (2) adoption of the member jurisdiction allocation requests for Fiscal Year 2027; (3) approval of contract and grants; (4) approval of settlements of regulatory violations; and (5) 31 actions on 22 regulatory program projects.

This agenda is complete at the time of issuance, but other items may be added, and some stricken without further notice. The listing of an item on the agenda does not necessarily mean that the Commission will take final action on it at this meeting. When the Commission does take final action, notice of these actions will be published in the Federal Register after the meeting. A public hearing and written comment period was provided for the actions on the 22 projects and the comment period on those proposed actions is closed. Comments are due to the Commission for all items (other than the proposed project actions subject to the public hearing) on the business meeting agenda on or before September 22, 2025.
