SUMMARY:

The Commission hereby gives notice of the termination of preliminary phase antidumping and countervailing duty investigation Nos. 701-TA-799 and 731-TA-1795.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:

Background: These investigations were instituted, pursuant to sections 703(a) and 733(a) of the Tariff Act of 1930 (19 U.S.C. 1671b(a) and 1673b(a)), in response to petitions filed on June 30, 2026, by Monsanto Company and its wholly owned subsidiary Ruveon LLC ( printed page 47856) (St. Louis, Missouri).[1] On July 17, 2026, petitioners withdrew these petitions at both the ITC and the Department of Commerce.[2] Therefore these investigations are hereby terminated.

Authority: These investigations are being terminated under authority of title VII of the Tariff Act of 1930 and pursuant to section 207.40(a) of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure (19 CFR 207.40(a)). This notice is published pursuant to section 201.10 of the Commission's rules (19 CFR 201.10).
