On July 23, 2026, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (Commission) convened a Chairman and Commissioner-led technical conference to discuss PJM Interconnection, L.L.C.'s (PJM) governance and stakeholder processes, with a particular focus on identifying and evaluating concrete, actionable reforms to improve PJM's ability to address operational and market needs in a timely and efficient manner.

All interested persons are invited to file post-conference comments to address issues raised during the conference that they believe would benefit from further discussion. Parties are also invited to provide comments on the questions presented in the conference agenda.^[1]

Commenters may reference material previously filed in this docket but are encouraged to avoid repetition or replication of previous material. In addition, commenters are encouraged, when possible, to provide examples and evidence in support of their answers. In addition, commenters are to fill out the issues list found in the appendix. We also encourage commenters to avoid discussing the merits of any contested, pending proceeding before the Commission.^[2] Comments must be submitted on or before Friday, August 21, 2026.

A future notice will issue in this proceeding establishing a forum for an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) process that will commence on September 1, 2026. That notice will provide additional details regarding ADR registration, participation logistics, and scope of issues and discussion topics informed by the record developed at the PJM technical conference.
