Acting pursuant to the authority of, and in accordance with, E.O. 14404, the Secretary of State determined that the following persons met the E.O. criteria referenced below. As a result, these persons have been added to the SDN List as of June 4, 2026, and all property and interests in property subject to U.S. jurisdiction of those persons are blocked.
