On August 3, 2026, pursuant to Rule 212 of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure,[1] ISO New England Inc. (ISO-NE) and the Participating Transmission Owners Administrative Committee (PTO-AC) on behalf of the Participating Transmission Owners [2] filed a motion to hold the show cause proceeding in Docket No. EL26-72-000 in abeyance for 90 days. ISO-NE and PTO-AC request that the Commission shorten the answer period for the motion to five days, such that answers to the motion would be due on or by August 10, 2026.

Upon consideration, notice is hereby given that answers in response to the motion for abeyance are due by 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on August 7, 2026.
