Reliability Technical Conference; Supplemental Notice of Reliability Technical Conference

As separately announced in the Notice of Technical Conference issued in this proceeding on June 11, 2026, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (Commission) will convene its annual Commissioner-led Reliability Technical Conference in the above-referenced proceeding on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, from approximately 10:00 a.m. to 2:40 p.m. Eastern Time, to discuss policy issues related to the reliability and security of the Bulk-Power System. The conference will be held in-person at the Commission's headquarters at 888 First Street NE, Washington, DC 20426 in the Kevin J. McIntyre Commission Meeting Room.

The preliminary agenda for the technical conference is attached to this Supplemental Notice. Additional supplemental notice(s) will be issued prior to the conference with further details regarding the agenda. Information on this technical conference will also be posted on the Calendar of Events on the Commission's website, www.ferc.gov, prior to the event.
