Abstract: The Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS) adopts the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) revised regulation in 2 CFR part 200, with the additions that are provided in this part. These revisions improve government-wide policies and requirements related to the management of grants, cooperative agreements, and other forms of Federal assistance. OMB is proposing revisions that will improve transparency, accountability, and oversight for Federal awards across the Federal Government. This part gives regulatory effect to the revised OMB regulations and also supplements the regulations as needed for IMLS. Also, conforming changes for IMLS are being made to the governmentwide nonprocurement debarment and suspension rules at 2 CFR 180, and to the governmentwide rules implementing the Drug Free Workplace Act of 1988 for Federal grants and cooperative agreements.
