CFR Correction
This rule is being published by the Office of the Federal Register to correct an editorial or technical error that appeared in the most recent annual revision of the Code of Federal Regulations.
In Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Parts 51 to 199, revised as of January 1, 2026, in section 51.53, in the introductory paragraph of (c)(3) remove the words “an initial renewed license and holding an operating license, construction permit, or combined license as of June 30, 1995” and add in their place the words “a license renewal covered by Table B-1 for a nuclear power plant for which an operating license, construction permit, or combined license was issued as of June 30, 1995”.
