SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:

On July 29, 2026, the Commission established a schedule for the conduct of the final phase of the subject investigations (91 FR 49442, August 4, 2026). Subsequently, the Department of Commerce (“Commerce”) extended the deadline for its initiation determination to September 8, 2026 (91 FR 53848, August 20, 2026). The Commission, therefore, is revising its schedule to conform with Commerce's new schedule.

The Commission must reach preliminary determinations within 25 days after the date on which the Commission receives notice from Commerce of initiation of the investigations, and the Commission's views must be transmitted to Commerce within five business days thereafter.
