Actions Taken at the September 16, 2026 Meeting

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:
The Commission took the following actions at its September 16, 2026 business meeting: (1) adopted the preliminary FY2028 budget; (2) adopted the member jurisdiction allocation requests for FY0208; (3) approved a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU); (4) approved a grant agreement; (5) adopted a Sustainable Water Resources Fund Policy (Resolution 2026-07); and (6) acted on 15 regulatory program water projects, tabling one as listed below.

3 Springs Water Company, Inc., Laurel Run Borough, Luzerne County, Pa. Application for consumptive use of up to 0.051 mgd (peak day).
