SUMMARY:
MARAD published a document in the
Federal Register
on Tuesday, September 22, 2026, concerning requests for comments to the proposed revision of its Capital Construction Fund (CCF) program regulations and an associated proposed information collection. MARAD already maintains an active information collection under the Office of Management and Budget Information Collection Number 2133-0027 that would provide for all contemplated revisions to the CCF program regulations.

In the

of September 22, 2026, in FR Doc. 26-19367, on page 60058, in the third column, correct the “Paperwork Reduction Act” caption to read:
Paperwork Reduction Act
Under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA) (44 U.S.C. 3501,
et seq.), a person is not required to respond to a collection of information by a Federal agency unless the collection displays a valid OMB control number. This OMB approved collection of information is identified under OMB Control Number 2133-0027 (Capital Construction Fund and Exhibits). The collection is necessary for MARAD to determine an applicant's eligibility to enter a Capital Construction Fund (CCF) Agreement, and their compliance with the requirements of the program. The annual burden estimate is $2,160.00.
