I. Background
In FR Doc. 2026-16472 of August 13, 2026, entitled ” Medicare Program; Alternative Payment Model (APM) Incentive Payment Advisory for Clinicians-Request for Current Billing Information for Qualifying APM Participants” (91 FR 52305), there was a technical error that is identified and corrected in this correcting document.
II. Summary of Errors
On page 52305, we inadvertently did not provide a hyperlink corresponding to the web address where relevant QPs who anticipated receiving an APM Inventive Payment but have not received a payment, may provide CMS with updated Medicare billing information.”
