The Office of Special Counsel (OSC) publishes the names of the members selected to serve on its Senior Executive Service (SES) Performance Review Board (PRB). This notice supersedes all previous notices of the PRB membership.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:
Section 4314(c) of Title 5, U.S.C. requires each agency to establish, in accordance with regulations prescribed by the Office of Personnel Management, one or more PRBs.
The U.S. Office of Special Counsel (OSC) announces the appointment of individuals to serve as members of the agency's Performance Review Board (PRB). The PRB is responsible for reviewing and making recommendations to the appointing authority concerning proposed performance appraisals, ratings, bonuses, and pay adjustments for incumbents of Senior Level (SL) and Senior Executive Service (SES) positions within OSC.
The following individuals have been designated to serve on the OSC's PRB:
Laura Ames, Associate Special Counsel;
Patrick Boulay, Associate Special Counsel;
Karen Gorman, Principal Deputy Special Counsel; and
