SUMMARY:
HUD is seeking approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for the information collection described below. In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act, HUD is requesting comments from all interested parties on the proposed collection of information. The purpose of this notice is to allow for 60 days of public comment.

Reinstatement with change of a previously approved collection.

Description of the need for the information and proposed use:
This request for OMB review seeks to renew a previously approved collection of Form HUD-92541, Builder's Certification of Plans, & Site (OMB Control Number 2502-0496). The information collected on this form is necessary to ensure newly built homes financed with FHA mortgage insurance do not contain adverse site conditions or foreseeable hazards that pose a health or safety risk to the occupant or cause the Property to be ineligible for FHA insurance.
