Notice of special meeting.

Description: In accordance with section 1104(b) of title XI of the Financial Institutions Reform, Recovery, and Enforcement Act of 1989 (Title XI), codified at 12 U.S.C. 3333(b), and the Appraisal Subcommittee (ASC) Rules of Operation, notice is hereby given that the ASC is meeting for a Special Meeting on October 29, 2026. The Special Meeting begins with a closed session, immediately followed by an open session.

Location: Virtual Meeting.

Date: Thursday, October 29, 2026.

Time: 1:00 p.m. ET.

Status: Closed and Open.

Closed Session—October 29, 2026, 1:00 p.m. Until 1:45 p.m. ET via Teams

The ASC will meet in closed session to discuss a preliminary State audit report in accordance with 12 U.S.C. 3333(b).

Open Session—October 29, 2026, 1:45 p.m. ET via Zoom

Immediately after the closed session, the ASC will meet in open session to discuss and act on the preliminary State audit report, in accordance with 12 U.S.C. 3333(b).
