SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:
The Department of the Army hereby provides notice of termination of the subject EIS, which was initiated by a Notice of Intent to Prepare an Environmental Impact Statement. The Notice of Intent was published in the
Federal Register
on 15 July 2022 (87 FR 42448). The EIS concerned potential environmental impacts associated with real estate transactions and a related utilities infrastructure upgrade at West Point, NY. Accordingly, the EIS initiated on July 15, 2022, is hereby terminated.
