ACTION:
Notice of official filing.
SUMMARY:
On November 18, 2019, in the Federal Register , Volume 84, Number 222, on page 63672 a notice titled “Notice of Filing of Plat of Survey; Massachusetts, Stayed” was filed. Said notice referenced the stay of the plat of the dependent resurvey and corrective dependent resurvey of portions of the boundaries of the “Public Settlement Lands” recited in the Act of August 18, 1987, (Pub. L. 100-95) held in trust for the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe, in the Town of Aquinnah, Dukes County, in the State of Massachusetts, accepted April 26, 2019. The protest against the survey was dismissed on February 26, 2026 and the plat of survey was officially filed in Eastern States Office, Falls Church, Virginia on February 27, 2026. Copies of the plat will be made available upon request and prepayment of the reproduction fee of $7.50 per copy.
