History
The FAA published a final rule for Docket No. FAA-2026-2452 in the
Federal Register
(91 FR 65104; October 14, 2026), amending V-37 in the eastern United States. Subsequent to publication, the FAA identified that the final rule was published with a typographical error in the preamble describing an intersection on V-37. The name of the intersection of the Columbia, SC (CAE), VORTAC 004° and the Chesterfield, SC (CTF), VOR/DME 240°T radials was incorrectly identified as the BLOTTS Fix. This action corrects the name to the BLOTS Fix.
Correction to the Final Rule
Accordingly, pursuant to the authority delegated to me, the final rule for Docket No. FAA-2026-2452, as published in the
Federal Register
on October 14, 2026 (91 FR 65104; FR Doc. 2026-20987), is corrected as follows:
On page 65105, in the second column, in the section titled “The Rule”, the discussion of V-37 is revised to read as follows:
V-37:
Prior to this final rule, V-37 extended between the Craig, FL (CRG), VORTAC and the Ellwood City, PA (EWC), VOR/DME. The FAA removed the airway segments between the intersection of the Columbia, SC (CAE), VORTAC 004° and the Chesterfield, SC (CTF), VOR/DME 240°T radials (BLOTS Fix) and the Pulaski VORTAC due to the decommissioning of the Charlotte VOR/DME. As amended, the airway extends between the Craig VORTAC and the BLOTS Fix, and between the Pulaski VORTAC and the Ellwood City VOR/DME.
