Deschutes Provincial Interagency Executive Committee (PIEC), 
Advisory Committee

AGENCY: Forest Service, USDA.

ACTION: Notice of meeting.

SUMMARY: The Deschutes PIEC Advisory Committee will meet on February 8 
and 9th, 1996 at Mt. Bachelor Resort south of Bend, Oregon. Start time 
is 10 a.m. both days. Agenda items include: (1) Overview of winter 
recreation issues in the Deschutes Province; (2) Early response and 
Province comments on the Eastside Ecosystem project and DEIS; (3) An 
update on the salvage program on Province forests; and (4) Open public 
forum. All Deschutes Province Advisory Committee meetings are open to 
the public.
