Midwestern Gas Transmission Company; Notice of Tariff Filing

April 4, 1996.
    Take notice that on April 2, 1996, Midwestern Gas Transmission 
Company (Midwestern) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas 
Tariff, Second Revised Volume No. 1, the following tariff sheets, to be 
effective May 2, 1996:

First Revised Sheet No. 13
First Revised Sheet No. 20
First Revised Sheet No. 25
Second Revised Sheet No. 52
First Revised Sheet No. 110
Original Sheet No. 110A

    Midwestern states that it is filing the instant tariff sheets to 
comply with the Commission's Order No. 582 governing the form and 
composition of interstate natural gas pipeline tariffs.
    Any person desiring to be heard or to make any protest with 
reference to said filing should file a petition to intervene or protest 
with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street N.E., 
Washington, D.C. 20426, in accordance with Section 211 and 214 of the 
Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure, 18 CFR 385.211 and 
385.214. All such petitions and protests must be filed as provided in 
Section 154.210 of the Commission's Regulations. Protests will be 
considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to 
be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to this 
proceeding. Any person wishing to become a party must file a petition 
to intervene. Copies of this filing are on file and available for 
public inspection in the Public Reference Room.
