Change in Bank Control Notices; Formations of, Acquisitions by, 
and Mergers of Bank Holding Companies; Correction

    This notice corrects a notice (FR Doc. 96-8107) published on pages 
14784 and 14785 of the issue for Wednesday, April 3, 1996.
    Under the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland heading, the entry for 
KeyCorp, is revised to read as follows:
    1. KeyCorp, Cleveland, Ohio; to acquire 100 percent of the voting 
shares of Key Trust Company of Florida, National Association, Naples, 
Florida.
    Comments on this application must be received by April 26, 1996.
