Notice of Filing of Plat of Survey; Michigan

    The plat of the dependent resurvey, survey of accretions, and the 
survey of lots 6, 7, and 8, in section 32, Township 51 North, Range 5 
West, Michigan Meridian, Michigan, will be officially filed in Eastern 
States, Springfield, Virginia at 7:30 a.m., on May 26, 1998.
    The survey was requested by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.
    All inquiries or protests concerning the technical aspects of the 
survey must be sent to the Chief Cadastral Surveyor, Eastern States, 
Bureau of Land Management, 7450 Boston Boulevard, Springfield, Virginia 
22153, prior to 7:30 a.m., May 26, 1998.
    Copies will be furnished upon request and prepayment of the 
appropriate fee.
