On Thursday, January 22, 1998, the Bureau of Indian Affairs published a proposed rule, 63 FR 3289, concerning Class III Gaming Procedures. The deadline for receipt of comments was April 22, 1998. The comment period is extended for sixty days to allow additional time for comment on the proposed rule. Comments must be received on or before June 22, 1998.
