Newell Company, ACME Frame--a/k/a Intercraft, Harrisburg, AR; 
Notice of Termination of Investigation

    Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, an investigation 
was initiated on May 11, 1998 in response to a worker petition which 
was filed on May 1, 1998 on behalf of workers at the Acme Frame, 
Harrisburg, Arkansas. The notice will soon be published in the Federal 
Register.
    An active certification covering the workers of Newell Company, 
Acme Frame--a/k/a Intercraft, Harrisburg, Arkansas is already in effect 
(TA-W-34,378B). Consequently, further investigation in this case would 
serve no purpose, and the investigation has been terminated.
