South Atlantic States Regional Fairness Board Public Hearing

    The South Atlantic States Regional Fairness Board Public Hearing, 
to be held on September 15, 1998 starting at 10:00 a.m. at Greater 
Richmond Chamber of Commerce: 201 East Franklin, Richmond, Virginia 
23219. The space is being donated by the Greater Richmond Chamber of 
Commerce and is being co-hosted by the Virginia Chamber of Commerce; to 
receive comments from small businesses concerning regulatory 
enforcement or compliance taken by federal agencies members. 
Transcripts of these proceedings will be posted on the Internet. These 
transcripts are subject only to limited review by the National 
Ombudsman.
    After the hearing, there will be a strategy/de-briefing session to 
collect Fairness Board members' input on the proceedings, as well as to 
obtain recommendations for the annual Report to Congress. This meeting 
will begin at approximately 2:00 p.m. at the same location.
