Accordingly, 18 CFR part 401 is corrected by making the following correcting amendments:
PART 401--RULES OF PRACTICE AND PROCEDURE
1. The authority citation for part 401 continues to read as follows:

2. Subpart E heading is revised to read as follows:

3. In Sec. 401.72, the first sentence is revised to read as follows:
