to Discuss Streamflow Needs for the Proposed Relicensing of the Rock 
Creek-Cresta Hydroelectric Project

October 7, 1998.
    Take notice that the public meeting to discuss streamflow needs for 
the proposed relicensing of the Rock Creek-Cresta Hydroelectric Project 
(FERC Project No. 1962) scheduled on October 20-21, 1998, from 10:00 
a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service offices, 3310 
El Camino, Sacramento, California has been postponed. Notice of the new 
meeting dates and location will be issued in the near future.
