Supplementary Information
The notice of a major disaster for the U.S. Virgin Islands, is hereby amended to include Individual Assistance in the following areas among those areas determined to have been adversely affected by the catastrophe declared a major disaster by the President in his declaration of September 24, 1998.
St. Croix, St. John, St. Thomas and Water Island for Individual Assistance (already designated under the Public Assistance program).
