Supplementary Information
The notice of an emergency for the State of Florida, is hereby amended to include the following areas among those areas determined to have been adversely affected by the catastrophe declared an emergency by the President in his declaration of September 25, 1998:
Direct Federal assistance and emergency protective measures (Category B) for the first 72 hours at 100 percent Federal funding, beginning September 25, 1998. Debris
removal (Category A) at 75 percent Federal funding. This assistance is for the following counties: Highland and Hardee.
