SUMMARY: Pursuant to the provisions of the Federal Advisory Committee 
Act (Pub. L. 92-463, 86 Stat. 770), notice is hereby given of the 
following meeting:

    Name: American Statistical Association's Committee on Energy 
Statistics, a utilized Federal Advisory Committee
    Date and Time: Thursday, November 19, 8:30 a.m.-3:45 p.m.; 
Friday, November 20, 8:30 a.m.-12:15 p.m.
