Mississippi River Transmission Corporation; Notice Rescheduling 
Technical Conference

November 4, 1998.
    Take notice that the Commission staff will convene a technical 
conference as provided by the Commission order in this proceeding 
issued October 14, 1998.\1\ The technical conference, previously 
scheduled for Wednesday, November 4, 1998, at 10:00 a.m., has been 
rescheduled. The technical conference will be held on Thursday, 
November 12, 1998, in a room to be designated at the offices of the 
Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, N.E., 
Washington, D.C. 20426.
