Summary
This document allots Channel 243A to Soper, Oklahoma, in response to a counterproposal filed by Soper Broadcasting Company. Lake Broadcasting, Inc. originally proposed the allotment of Channel 274A at Roxton, Texas, but withdrew its interest in response to the Notice. See 63 FR 6144, February 6, 1998. The coordinates for Channel 243A at Soper are 34-01-56 and 94-45-55. There is a site restriction 6.5 kilometers (4.0 miles) west of the community. With this action, this proceeding is terminated.
