    Notice is hereby given that on November 6, 1998, the Director, 
Corporate Activities, Office of Thrift Supervision, or her designee, 
acting pursuant to delegated authority, approved the application of 
Central Federal Savings and Loan Association of Wellsville, Wellsville, 
Ohio, to convert to the stock form of organization. Copies of the 
application are available for inspection at the Dissemination Branch,
