Center for Scientific Review; Amended Notice of Meeting

    Notice is hereby given of a change in the meeting of the Center for 
Scientific Review Special Emphasis Panel, November 12, 1998, 8:00 a.m. 
to November 13, 1998, 3:00 p.m., ANA Hotel, 2401 M Street, NW, 
Washington, DC 20037 which was published in the Federal Register on 
November 4, 1998, 63 FR 213.
    The meeting will be held at the Washington Monarch Hotel. The times 
and dates remain the same. The meeting is closed to the public.
