    This notice corrects a notice (FR Doc. 98-29895) published on page 
60346 of the issue for Monday, November 9, 1998.
    Under the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia heading, the entry 
for Sun Bancorp, Vineland, New Jersey, is revised to read as follows:
    A. Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia (Michael E. Collins, Senior 
Vice President) 100 North 6th Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19105-
1521:
    1. Sun Bancorp, Vineland, New Jersey; to acquire 100 percent of the 
voting shares of Sun National Bank, Delaware, Wilmington, Delaware.
