    In accordance with Section 10(a)(2) of the Federal Advisory 
Committee Act (P.L. 92-463), announcement is made of the following 
Committee Meeting:

    Name of Committee: Army Science Board (ASB).
    Date of Meeting: 8 December 1998.
    Time of Meeting: 0900-1600.
    Place: 1801 N. Beauregard St., Room 117W, Alexandria, VA 22311.

    Agenda: The Army Science Board (ASB) Summer Study Panel will 
meet for discussions on ``Enabling Rapid and Decisive Strategic 
Maneuver for the Army After 2010.'' This meeting will be open to the 
public. Any interested person may attend, appear before, or file 
statements with the committee at the time and in the manner
