    Notice is hereby given that on November 12, 1998, the Director, 
Corporate Activities, Office of Thrift Supervision, or her designee, 
acting pursuant to delegated authority, approved the application of 
Security Savings Association of Hazleton, Hazleton, Pennsylvania, to 
convert to the stock form of organization. Copies of the application
