Summary
The Commission requests comments on a petition filed by 21st Century Radio Ventures, Inc., proposing the allotment of Channel 282A at Sibley, Iowa, as the community's second local FM transmission service. Channel 282A can be allotted to Sibley in compliance with the Commission's minimum distance separation requirements with a site restriction of 1.3 kilometers (.8 miles) west to avoid a short-spacing to the licensed site of Station KUOO(FM), Channel 280C2, Spirit Lake, Iowa. The coordinates for Channel 282A at Sibley are North Latitude 43- 24-14 and West Longitude 95-45-45.
