Notice of Meeting

    Notices is hereby given of a change in the meeting of the Board of 
Scientific Counselors, NIAAA, January 8, 1999, 8:00 a.m. to January 8, 
1999, 3:30 p.m., National Institutes of Health, 9000 Rockville Pike, 
Building 31C, Conference Room 6, Bethesda, MD 20892 which was published 
in the Federal Register on December 4, 1998, 63FR67124.
    The meeting is being amended to reflect location change. The new 
meeting location is 9000 Rockville Pike, Building 1, Wilson Hall, 
Bethesda, MD 20892. The meeting is partially closed to the public.
