Summary
This document requests comments on a petition for rule making filed on behalf of In Phase Broadcasting, Inc., permittee of Station KLMZ(FM), Channel 282A, Stamps, Arkansas, requesting the reallotment of Channel 282A from Stamps to Fouke, Arkansas, and modification of its authorization accordingly, pursuant to the provisions of Section 1.420(i) of the Commission's Rules. Coordinates used for this proposal are 33-15-42 NL and 93-53-06 WL.
