Notice of Cancellation of Public Meeting of the West Virginia 
Advisory Committee

    Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions of the rules and 
regulations of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights, that a meeting of 
the West Virginia Advisory Committee to the Commission which was to 
have convened at 12:30 p.m. and adjourned at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, 
October 21, 1999, has been canceled. The meeting was to be held at the 
State Capitol Building, Governor's Conference Room, Office of the 
Secretary of State, Room 157, 1900 Kanawha Boulevard, Charleston, West 
Virginia 25305.
    The original notice for the meeting was announced in the Federal 
Register on October 1, 1999, FR Doc. 99-25523, 64 FR, No. 190, p. 
53317.
